East Friesian Milk Sheep

We breed and sell East Friesian (EF) milk sheep and are located northeast of Denver, Colorado. Our East Friesians are 60-80% EF, with other dairy breeds (Lacaune, Polypay, and/or Awassi) and sometimes wool breeds (mostly BFL) crossed in to increase hardiness and improve the fleece. We are selectively breeding for good milking qualities & production, good lambing and mothering qualities, hardiness, along with improved fleece qualities and softer fleeces. We are a small family farm and keep a small flock. Our sheep are handled daily and are very docile and friendly. We know them each individually and love their different personalities. We seasonally have dairy sheep adults and lambs for sale.  We do occasionally sell ewes that are fresh (currently milking), trained to hand milking or machine milking to help you get started with your milk flock, or to add to your existing flock. See below for details of what we have available at this time.  Because we keep a small flock, we sell out on females before the lambs are even born. We suggest contacting us ahead of time to be put on the waiting list.

2024

The 2024 lambing season is over and we have sold out of all the dairy lambs. We have started a waiting list for 2025 and it is filling up fast. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for spring 2025 lambs, contact us at willowcreekfarm12@gmail.com.
